Potato Salad!
This creamy potato salad is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s for a picnic, a party, or for yourself. And it’s quick to make too!
Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients

2 lbs red potatoes

1 stick celery
-
1 carrot
-
¼ - ½ white onion
-
200 grams mayonnaise
-
2 garlic cloves
-
Fresh dill
-
Salt and pepper
Directions

Wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.

Salt a pot of water, and boil the potatoes in the pot until cooked. Drain and let cool.

Dice the celery, peeled carrot, and onion. Set aside in a separate bowl.

To make the dressing, mix the mayonnaise and minced garlic in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, use a plastic spatula to mix the potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, and dressing together.

Sprinkle dill over the salad.
