No Crust Blueberry-Cranberry Pie!
A simple and fruity dessert that pops in your mouth when you take the first bite!
Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 50 minutes Yield: 2 pies
Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

¼ tsp salt

1 cup wild blueberries
-
1 cup fresh cranberries
-
½ cup melted butter
-
2 eggs (beaten)

Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts
Directions

Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Stir in wild blueberries, cranberries, and nuts until fully combined

Pour in melted butter, beaten eggs, and almond extract until fully combined.

Grease pans and preheat oven to 350o F.

Spread batter evenly in 2 pie tins.

Bake for 50 min.

Cool for 15 min, then enjoy!
