Fruit Salad!

A juicy combination that’s quick and easy to whip up. And it’s healthy too!

Prep Time: 20 minutes      Cook Time: 2 minutes       Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 red mango

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 kiwis

  • Handful of cherry tomatoes

  • ½ lime of juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut mango, avocado, kiwis, and cherry tomatoes to 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Squeeze ½ of a lime into the bowl of fruits.

  3. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.

  4. Enjoy!
