Egg Salad Sandwiches!
Healthy and filling egg salad sandwich that’s perfect for a summer picnic, or quick lunch!
Prep time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 11 minutes Yield: 6-7 sandwiches
Ingredients

Toasted slices of bread

12 large eggs

½ cup celery
-
½ cup scallions
-
2 tbsp pickles
-
2 tbsp dill
-
6 tbsp mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Boil the eggs for 11 minutes. Peel and roughly chop.

Dice the celery and pickles, and chop the scallions and dill.

Mix the eggs, celery, pickles, scallions, dill, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.

Chill, spread it on a piece of toast, and enjoy!
