2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles!

Soft, rich chocolate that’s easy and quick to bake for your friends, or for yourself. Who wouldn’t love it?

Prep Time: 10 minutes      Cook Time: 2 hours       Yields: 20 Truffles

Ingredients

  • 250 grams condensed milk

  • 100 grams cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Microwave the condensed milk for 40 seconds.

  2. Sift cocoa powder into the condensed milk. Mix well.

  3. Wrap in cling film and use a rolling pin to roll into a 1-inch rectangle.

  4. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

  5. Take out of the fridge and cut into 1x1 inch squares.

  6. Sift cocoa powder over the squares, and roll into spheres.

  7. Enjoy! Chill overnight for best results!
