Chocolate Chip Cookies!

The chewiness and softness of this cookie is perfect for dessert, whether it’s with or without a glass of cold milk. If you’re feeling adventurous, try shaping it into an ice cream bowl or use the cookies for an ice cream sandwich!
Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Yields: 20 cookies OR 15 bowls
Ingredients
- 
1 cup melted butter
 - 
1 cup granulated sugar
 - 
1 cup packed brown sugar
 - 
2 eggs
 - 
2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 
3 cups all-purpose flour
 - 
1 tsp baking soda
 - 
½ tsp salt
 - 
¼ cups chocolate chips
 
Directions
Cookie Dough
- 
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 - 
Whip the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
 - 
Beat the eggs in one at a time, and then add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
 - 
Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
 - 
Lay out parchment paper on a tray.

Option 1: Cookies!
- 
Roll cookie dough into spheres roughly 2 inches in diameter. Then, press down to form a circular cookie, roughly 0.6 inches thick.
 - 
Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
 
Option 2: Cookie Bowls!
- 
Flip a muffin tray upside down and spray with cooking spray.
 - 
Roll the cookie dough into spheres with the same diameter as an individual muffin cup. When it bakes, the dough will roll down the sides, and create a bowl shape!
 - 
Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
 - 
Serve with a scoop of icecream!
