Banana Bread!
This banana bread will blow you away! The taste of the banana and the texture of the crust and bread blends perfectly together. Be prepared for a house full of deliciously smelling banana bread and a loaf of amazingness at your fingertips!

Ingredients

½ cup sugar

¼ cup butter (melted)

2 eggs

1 ½ cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

5 ripe bananas (as ripe as possible)

½ cup slightly chopped walnuts or dry cranberries or raisins (optional)
Directions

In a large bowl, whip the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Mash the ripe bananas and mix in.

Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Optional: Add in walnuts and/or dried cranberries/raisins.

Spray a 9x5 inch pan (at least 2 inches in height) with cooking spray. Pour in the batter and smooth out the top with a rubber spatula.

Bake at 340°F for 60 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool down. Remove from the pan after 30 minutes.

Cut and serve!
